QGJ Tools is a completely free collection of online tools, currently featuring 157 utilities for everyday work, study and life — spanning calculators, date & time tools, text processing, image processing, PDF tools, audio/video processing, file & QR code tools, developer tools, and more.
Often you just want to quickly do one small thing — compress an image, figure out how many days are between two dates, convert a PDF to Word, generate a QR code — but doing so means downloading and installing a whole piece of software you might never use again. QGJ Tools brings these frequent but “lightweight” tasks together into a single website: open it and use it right away, with no downloads, no sign-up, and nothing to install.
Processing for the vast majority of tools on QGJ Tools happens entirely in your browser — for image processing, file conversion, format conversion and similar tasks, your file content is never uploaded to our servers. This is a principle we prioritize whenever we design a new tool.
QGJ Tools is still being actively developed and improved. We keep fixing issues found through real-world use and keep adding new tools based on common requests. If you run into a problem, or there's a type of tool you'd like to see added, feel free to let us know using the contact details below.
The guide under each tool is written against that tool's actual code: button names, options, limits and error messages match the page. Calculation examples are real outputs from the tool's own logic, not figures recalled from memory. When a tool has known shortcomings (for example, a format it doesn't support, or a case where the result is slightly off), we say so under “Limits” instead of hiding it.
In most tools, the files and text you enter are processed only in your browser. A few tools need the network (for example, IP lookup calls a third-party service, and some video, audio and GIF features download a processing component the first time you use them); each tool's guide says so. The site may show ads and use analytics; see the Privacy Policy for details.
If you find a result that looks wrong, or a tool you'd like to see added, please let us know through the site's feedback channels. We use that to fix and improve things.
