Fill in details to generate a downloadable digital business card
The exported file is a high-resolution PNG — use it as a digital business card, add it to your email signature, or take it to a print shop for physical cards.
This tool lets you type a name, title, company, phone number, email address and an optional website, pick a colour theme, see a landscape business card preview straight away, and export it as a high-resolution PNG. It suits digital cards, email signatures or sending your details to a friend. It is deliberately simple: one layout, no logo upload, no QR code, no front and back sides, and no bleed or crop marks. If you want to have physical cards printed professionally, check which file specification your print shop accepts first.
On the page the card is 340 by 200 pixels. For export it is rendered at three times that scale, so the PNG comes out at roughly 1020 by 600 pixels, with the theme colour as the background and rounded corners. The layout has three parts from top to bottom: your name in larger bold type with Title · Company beneath it, then phone, email and the optional website, and finally a short accent bar. The four themes change only the background colour, the text colour and the accent bar colour; positions stay the same. The aspect ratio is about 1.7 to 1, which does not exactly match the standard card size used in every country, so do not print it at a strict physical size without checking.
As a reference, yes, but it is not guaranteed to be print ready. The result is a bitmap of about 1020 by 600 pixels with no bleed, no crop marks and no CMYK colour mode. Print shops usually have their own size and resolution requirements, so ask them first and, if needed, rebuild the design in professional software.
Export redraws the preview area as an image, which relies on how your browser renders fonts and styles. Usually it matches what you see, but font shapes and letter spacing can differ a little between devices. If details matter to you, open the downloaded image and inspect it.
Yes. A PNG can be inserted as an image into the signature settings of most email clients. Keep in mind that the phone number and email inside the picture cannot be clicked or copied, so it is wise to keep a text version of your contact details in the signature as well.
The page layout adapts to narrow screens and stacks the inputs vertically. The export uses the browser's ordinary download feature, so on a phone the image normally lands in your downloads folder or photo library depending on your browser and operating system.
What you type is used only to draw the preview on this page. When you export, the tool loads an image-rendering component into your browser on demand and paints the card to a PNG locally. Your name, phone number and email are not sent to a server, and the page stores no data. The downloaded card image does contain your contact details, so treat it like any other personal document and delete it if you used a shared computer.
